While the use of playbooks in PlaybookIQ can help you build a repeatable and trackable sales process, there are certainly times when some of the steps in a given sales playbook do not apply to a certain contact or prospect. To help smooth the process in those situations, we have added a new “skip” feature. This allows you to mark future steps as “skipped”. Any uncompleted step can now be marked skipped. When a step is marked skipped, the date and current user are noted in the comments and history section.
To see the new “skip” links, look in the playbook details section at the bottom of a contact’s screen.
